Mary joined Coble Cravens in 2017. She has over 35 years of experience in all areas of accounting, including payables to receivables, sales tax, corporate and personal income tax preparation, financial statements and auditing, and has worked in many different industries ranging from private investigations, banking and investment companies, trade show accounting, manufacturing of retail products and insurance companies.
Mary handles full-service payroll for multiple companies, managing all aspects from setting up new company payroll systems to including garnishments, insurance and other deductions. She files all year-end tax reports, 940’s, 941’s and state unemployment returns, 1094-B and 1095, as well as all W2’s and W3’s. Mary is very familiar in vendor set-ups and issuing 1099’s and 1096’s at year end. She ensures all I-9s, W-4s and W-9s are kept up-to-date and has worked closely with the State Comptrollers office, District Attorney’s office and IRS for many years.
